the start of my period last month was july 6..... and we were using withdrawal until yesterday we had sex and he did not pull out ... and im worried now since my period hasnt come yet... will i be pregnant because of yesterday ??? please advice...

Ovulation happens about 14
Ovulation happens about 14 days after the first day of your period. The egg lives only for 1-2 days, but the sperm can stay alive inside your reproductive tract for several days, waiting for the egg to be released and you to become fertile. Therefore, if you have a regular 28 day cycle, you would ovulate on July 20. By Aug 5, your odds of pregnancy are 0%. However, the fact that it has been over 28 days and you still don't have your period shows that you don't have regular cycles OR you are already pregnant from having sex earlier in the month.
