Hi, congratulations on your

Hi, congratulations on your upcoming trip. While I understand your desire to not menstruate during your trip, I cannot recommend altering your birth control regimen. It is never a good idea to make more medication than recommended by the prescribing physician, for many reasons. If this issue is quite important to you, discuss it with your physician and he or she may have some sort of option for you. I have no experience with devices such as menstrual cups and cannot recommend them for that reason. I do know that they shouldn't be used for more hours than recommended. Best wishes to you!
