Study Looks at how a Lack of Sex can End a Relationship
For the majority of adult relationships sex plays a big role. If sex is lacking in the relationship then chances are the relationship will fail. In a recent study, “half of the adult women in American are unhappy with their sex lives.” Theses women do not want to talk to their partner about it and many are not even sure why they are unhappy.
Sexual Dysfunction in Women
Almost just as many women as men have a sexual dysfunction at one time or another due to unbalanced hormones, not being aroused, unable to orgasm, and numerous other reasons.
How to Overcome a Woman’s Sexual Dysfunction
Many experts believe that a woman’s sexual dysfunctions are based on emotional problems. Therefore, seeking therapy alone and as a couple is recommended. On the physical side, things like birth control pills can play a role in a lack of sex drive so both the physical and emotional aspects of a woman’s sexual dysfunction should be evaluated.
Conclusion
Honesty is always the best way to go if you cannot talk to your partner about your sex life then you probably should not be with that person. Often times all it takes is a little direction and some pillow talk.
